We have roasted our own coffee for almost 20 years, and the surprising thing, the coffee taste has hardly changed during this time. Even though the size of our roaster has grown from the very small intimate 5 kilo Diedrich Roaster we started with, to the modern automated 45 kilo Diedrich we have today.

Back at the beginning we use to roast about 50 kilos of coffee per week at the back of our first Café, today, we roast over 1000 Kilos of coffee every week in our modern roastery.

This fresh coffee is available for you to purchase at every Sierra Café; the very same coffee used by the Cafes, every day.
